Orders ship within 2–3 business days from our studio, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after that. Orders over $75 ship free.
Absolutely — that's our favorite thing to do. Use the Build a Gift page to tell us the occasion, your budget, and a little about them, and we'll propose a one-of-a-kind package within 2 business days.
We ship or deliver the guestbook phone before your event. Guests pick up the handset, hear your greeting, and leave a voice message. Afterwards you receive every recording on a flash drive and via a private cloud link.
If anything arrives less than perfect, reply to your order confirmation within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you — no forms, no fuss.
